Re: Top 3 Metal/rock albums of all time

best 3 metal albums:

QUEENSRYCHE: Rage for Order
MOTLEY CRUE: Shout at the Devil
BLACK SABBATH: Heaven and Hell

but this could easily be:
VINNIE VINCENT INVASION: first album
IRON MAIDEN: Somewhere in Time
DEEP PURPLE: Burn

so many good albums to choose from

Re: Are Black Sabbath 'Heavy Metal'?

I've been a fan since I was about 17. At that time I loved the doom and gloom of the Ozzy era.

Nowadays I prefer the Dio era and some of the later songs from the 80's -dont seem to listen to the Ozzy era stuff any more.

Saw Heaven and Hell live in 2007, they were amazing!

Re: A TOUCH OF EVIL..

Good stuff.

I'm not a mega JP fan by any means but I saw them earlier this year in Glasgow and they rocked!

Rob is such a cool front man, he still looks menacing after all these years.

It's great to see them still rockin after about 40 years of up's and down's.....

Saw Oasis headlining a festival back in 2002 and they were such a disappointment.

Re: DIO Greatest Hits tour of the UK -November 2009

Yeah I have seen him 3 times since 2002 and have been suprised that he hasn't had any vocal problems or shown (m)any signs of wear and tare. I think that the bar has been risen for rock fans as many vocalists are taking care of themselves and retaining their voices longer into their career but DIO d...

Probably not. The days of DIO bring the big production to the UK are long gone. We'll probably be treated to a curtain at the back of the stage with the Holy Diver album cover on it. He still puts on a good show though, his pipes are still in good shape.

Re: FLEETWOOD MAC UK TOUR...£75 TICKETS!!

I got my ticket for Glasgow! :D

It was bloody expensive  but for me its worth it. I'm a big fan of the band and I always wanted to see them again. I first saw them in Dublin 2003 and cant wait to see them again -I reckon it might be the last time.
