After seeing War Of The Worlds Live at Liverpool last week...which was FANTASTIC....I've got the album playing quite a lot still

I really hope DC's voice is back on form....and that a new album is more like pre 1987 Whitesnake...though I doubt that it will be.

Pauls voice isn't the same as it was either, but hadn't deteriorated as much as DC's imho.

The 6 albums before 1987 get a LOT of play in this house

Whitesnake were the 1st band I ever saw Live (Deeside, Come and Get It Tour) and David Coverdale had the best voice in rock imho. The last time I saw them was in the late 90's and I was shocked by had bad his voice had gone...he basically just shouted :? Any up to date reviews on how he's doing live...

Scorpions and now Judas Priest doing farewell tours...my youth is slowly disappearing

JP have always been 2nd only to KISS for me...despite Nostradamus being a crap album and tour.

Hope they go out in style, and I'll be there for at least 1 of the gigs to say a fond farewell.

Would love to go but no £££ at the moment
