New Premiership Season 2010-11

Post by Father Jack »

Well here we are again, a new season gets underway in less than 24 hours time.
I hope its far more exciting than England's dismal failure at the World Cup.
Good luck to all teams competing..(with the exception of Man Utd & Everton obviously, lol)
For those following their teams across the country, enjoy going to the games. I might even drag myself along to a couple of LFC league matches for the first time in 20 years.

Weird season to come for sure....I fancy Liverpool to improve under Hodgson, predict a slide for Villa,Chelsea to finish second and Man Utd to win the title. As for Rovers i predict same old boring shite,1 up front snooze fest footie!!
Best of the season Man City to finish outside the top four....
and Arsenal same old they tried to kick us off the park mentality...Good luck to all, especially Blackpool who i fear will be relegated by March

I predict a massive managerial bloodbath. Liverpool, Man City, Arsenal, Villa (again) and Fulham will all end this season with different managers.

Chelsea and Man Utd 1st and 2nd again but for the final season.

Arsenal to win nothing for the 6th year.

Spurs to get to the Champions League quarters and win the FA cup against Chelsea in the final - it should have been this year's final & we can't keep winning it ...

Blackpool to be the worst side in premiership history.

& Steve Bruce to get a bit fatter, uglier & relegated.

Doncaster Rovers to win the Championship playoffs.

I really hate the Premiership these days. Mainly because of all of those armchair "supporters" (you know the sort I mean, they live somewhere with a decent team or one nearby but know nothing about football and "support" Man Yoo, Chelsea, Arsenal etc).

Right with you there, apart from the team.. Come on you O's!
Already bottom of the league after losing our first two , and then there's Southampton away next week
I'll still watch a bit of the premier league on telly, but I don't give a chuff any more.

Well we've all got shit on our faces and on the opening day too as Blackpool slap 4, yes thats FOUR past hapless Wigan !!!
Well done to them, I doubt it'll be a continual thing...(just cast your minds back to Hull. Though I think they'll be in a far healthier position than Hull when they go down.)
The mighty Mariners won away against the goliath side that is Crawley Town... :?
And Lincoln are bottom of League Two. Excellent start.

Good win by Kiddy today so I'm happy, beat York 2-1 (away) after they were given the softest penalty ever. @FatherJack, Crawley are a fairly shite side tbh although that could change if they get a decent manager in.
