The word shocking is used for the most trivial things in life, very few things are truely shocking .... this is one of them. I doubt it will ever be understood.

One of those "HUH !!!??" moments. After watching him on Football Focus yesterday it just doesn't seem possible he's gone.
Just goes to show, you never know. So make the most of it while you're here.

Not posted for ages but had to for this.

Im a Bolton fan and of a similar age I cant understand why he would do this. Im in shock and dont usually get bothered by things like this, but i cant make sense of it.

RIP Gary and thanks for being a great captain and a great fella.

RIP to a true football gentleman, I met him loads of times when he played for us, he was such a lovely bloke.
