The union in my factory is a non striking union can you believe that!!

And I'll say it again...workers rights are dead.

All Unions are is an age old idea that can do something and actually change things. But how many times have you seen on the news that those workers who have gone on strike have simply been sacked?

This is an employers world. They can, and DO, change the terms of your employment at will and you either accept it...or don't have a job anymore.

However, the leader and deputy leader of said local council are to have an 80% increase in their expense allowance
