FLV to WMA/MP3 software - help!

Can anyone recommend a totally free FLV to WMA or MP3 software download from the internet that works and is safe?

I've downloaded several that claim to be free but they only convert 50% of the file and then want payment. There must be a completely free version somewhere that will convert the whole file?

Any help greatly appreciated!!!

That one link, from what I can see, is exactly what I needed! I was getting very annoyed at all these sites that say they are free and then you find out they aren't...
