Flash off is a must ..... Neil..I have a lumix tz10 always use auto mode flash off,
There are a vast amount of settings to choose from
I always find auto mode works just fine.
Next time you go the box have a play around with it there practice makes perfect

There are a few sites around that give advice on camera settings for concerts. It's about ISO and aperture settings.

Have a look here m8, Preperation is also the key Try your settings out on the Support Act 1st.
Also if your camera has a continuous shutter Mode or burst that sometimes works, but there will be a one good shot from about 20 ! Practise is the key oh & a few beers help lol some of my best ones were when i'd had a few lol .
