Pink Floyd haven't toured since around The Division Bell tour in 95?

Talon are an Eagles tribute band in a similar vein to DTK in that they set up when there was no Eagles in the same way as DTK did the makeup when there was no KISS in makeup.

Didn't Limehouse Lizzy start up well before Thin Lizzy got back together ?

I don't know but many people argue that TL are a tribute band themselves as Phil Lynott can never be replaced.

Eagles were not touring and not recording from 1980-94 and like DTK I believe Talon started during this period, filling the gap to some extent.

Considering RJD is sadly no longer with us then No. What point you're trying to make I don't know or care. You don't care for tribute bands. Fair do's.
