Best Album - Monster

Best gig - Well July 4th but apart from that Slade & Sweet in Torquay. Amazing double header even though not many original members left. Runner up spot The Jackie Generation.

Best moment - Sorry to be cheesy, the laugh before The Forum, and meeting Sweet for the umpteenth time in both Guilford and Torquay. Lovely guys especially Tony O'Hora who make a real effort.

Best Album = Monster (still listening to it, SOLIDLY, just under three months gone - haven't done that in years with a KISS album - well done lads.)

Best Concert = HMV Forum gig, 4th July 2012 (to see the boys in such a small venue, a theatre. Never saw Marquee '88 or Islington '10. Takes me back to when I saw them at Manc Apollo in 1984).

Concert Highlight = Band highlight = Ugly Kid Joe - they're back - saw them four times in two months. Awesome band, hungry again. A loon = Whit Crane. Personal gig Highlight, at Wrexham Central Station - Whit Crane slagging my friend off for standing alouf on the steps midway and begging, scowling, screaming at my friend to get into the pit action. Unbeknown to Whit my friend, Ian, is a mosher - he is usually in the thick of any slam/pit/mosh - but he is still recovering from a very bad/severe elbow/lower arm/wrist injury. He was standing to protect his injured arm and then Whit takes the piss out of him - IRONY OMG. His sister, her boyfriend and I were in stitches - the irony of that situation.

Best Album - Ginger Wildheart's 555%

Best Gig - I only went to two (moving house is both time and money consuming sadly), Ginger's Birthday Bash and Thunders Xmas show in Manchester, both very excellent nights out!

Highlight - The revelation that is Pledgemusic. For me the only to record music. fu*k the music industry, they've been taking the piss far too long. Pledgemusic is bloody great, I love it more and more every day.
