Dan, the two guys I came down with didn't know 'TYFHO'. I did their head in all the way down to the Astoria by playing the song over and over and over again until they learnt it almost by heart.

We then got there too late, and never got to hear it! 8)

Was well aware of Tigertailz before the gig, but never gave them the opportunity on my cd player/ipod.

Following the gig, i have now downloaded some material and well......'Sick Sex' in on now.

The one track that probably 'did it' for me at Sheffield was 'Dirty Needlez'.
They try to tell us we don't belong, but that's alright, were millions strong......

Well, I missed most of the Tigertaliz set at the Astoria abut what I did hear at the back... I wasn't that impressed, sorry but this is the 2nd time I've seen them and I just don't get em at all.

Not a fan of TTz myself - but I thought they sounded good from the few songs I heard in the Astoria - think there were some mic probs with the backing singer, but they warmed the crowd up really well.

I have been a big Tailz fan right from the first albums, all those years a go on MFN.

IT was not the best sounding TT gig i have seen, but i still loved it, Best TT gig for me was Sheffield Uni on the Bezerk tour, WOW that was one hot night folks

I have a great vid of the Tailz doing Love Bomb Baby at Sheffield - including the Dan reference at the end (how the F*** does he do it?). It's a huge file and it will take some uploading, but hopefully i will get it posted tomorrow - it is good quality, as is the Ace clip I was looking at this evening of the smoking guitar - will get a link for that tomorrow too.

Martin, please post it. But KIm stayed on side-stage and was rocking out there. To be honest, I was floored, that he remembered my name ..... usually it's the little guy or the guy from Abersomething .... :D

Sorry Scottish Connection, this is the second time they have failed to impress you - granted the glam has gone and this darker. nearly GOTH image and sound has taken over. Even Jay Pepper is doing the Nikki look! Love Gun & Blackie UK, London's sound was miles better than the Sheffield one - alas it was still crap.
