2009 European Tour?

"Exclusive: KISS In Talks To Tour Europe In 2009

First off, let me say that I have had personal knowledge about this for a few weeks, but as of this afternoon I can confirm that KISS are indeed in talks with promoters about returning to Europe next year. The jaunt, planned for summer, would see KISS focusing on festivals, return visits to the strongest markets on this current tour, and smaller cities they are missing in 2008. Dates are said to begin trickling out in as early as October.

Does Manchester count as a smaller city they are missing in 2008?

So thats Scandanavia, Germany, Checz Rep & a gig in London...if if the UK's judged worthy then!

Smaller cities...hmm...what's the point doing smaller cities and festivals? Would have thought the point in doin festivals was to draw people from a wide area in? They're not gonna travel if you are playin in their town...on the whole anyway!

Time to start saving again!

It's because $-) has created a device which he's inserted into all Kiss T-shirts that when you first put it on injects you with a neurotoxin making you powerless to resist any Kiss related item, be it music, merchandise or a tour....

No antidote and once you've worn a t-shirt you're in it for life. The Neurotoxin has a life span of 100(000) years... :wink: :D

Paul said in 1992 on the 'Revenge' tour that they wanted to come back next year. It took them four years!

Hope they come back to the UK in '09 (or sooner!) Download is a big no go for me this year and the only other places I could go are Paris which is now sold out or Graspop in Belgium and I'm going to an Eric Clapton gig in Hyde Park the day KISS play. Hope Ace comes back too, looks like promoters want him to come back to do a big tour judging from Classic Rock Magazine.
