Just read the sad news about John Rutsey from Rush departure from this mortal coil...got me thinking about fav debut albums...mine would be, in no specific order...

1 - Rush - Rush
2 - Queen - Queen
3 - Kiss - Kiss
4 - Van Halen - Van Halen
5 - Ratt - Out Of The Cellar (yes, I know the first release was the Time Coast EP!..which I have!)
6 - MOTLEY CRUE - Too Fast For Love...the dogs bollox!
7 - Foo Fighters - Foo Fighters...(and to think the media laughed at the thought of a drummer forming a band...middle finger up to them all!!!!)
8 - Ramones - Ramones
9 - Sex Pistols - Never Mind The Bollocks
10 - Sisters Of Mercy - First And Last And Always...(A true classic...Goth rock at it's BEST)

Might be unpopular, not sure but...The Darkness - 'Permission to Land' is a great debut album. Shame it went so shit afterwards....
