I like both! (But not in the evening. Would be awake all night)
But if there's snow falling outside then there's only one drink to have and thats a nice warm glass of Mulled Wine...hmmmm

Black coffee first thing in the morning, strong enough to stand the spoon in. A nice relaxing herbal tea the rest of the time.

Depends on the situation...
Mostly I drink tea (Twinnings English Breakfast or Earl Grey by choice) but if I'm eating in a restaurant I'll always have coffee after my meal cause I hate strong tea and by the time the pot gets to your table it has usually been brewing for at least 5 minutes.
That said, if I'm at Starbucks I will sometimes choose a cappucino over a cup of tea, just cause I like Starbucks coffee.
