You could not believe the stuff I am dealing with this week. I have had so much stress you couldn't believe it. When I say that having 3 interviews with Ofsted is, by far and away, the easiest stuff I am dealing with you might understand.
God I need a drink. Oh - sorry I'm on my 4th glass of wine already.
Oh - and it's only Wednesday.

No. I am Cabinet Member for Children as a County Councillor in Cambridgeshire (amongst other things). We are having an inspection of our arrangments for Safeguarding and Looked After Children (Children in Care). 6 inspectors 5 days a week, two weeks. It's a real toughie. Last day tomorrow
