Can believe some of the stories but others seem unbelievable. Apparantley lots of court injunctions in place until after world cup. Would put alot of money on him not playing in England next season

You've all heard the rumours, you've probably had the text message and if you've been in a taxi this weekend, the bluenose cabby will have given you the full lowdown complete with all the gory details. But you know what, it's all bullshit and it needs to stop now. Steven Gerrard hasn't got a 16 year old pregnant, and his wife is not getting it on with a Derby County player. Like the various other rumours Gerrard has had to contend with in recent years, it's absolute bollocks.

It's gotten completely out of hand, to the point that Alex Curran was verbally abused by Liverpool fans whilst shopping in town on Saturday. How is Steven supposed to feel about that? Our own fans calling his wife a slag on the basis of some stupid rumour that has somehow been given credibility solely on the basis that 'loads of people are talking about it, so it must be true.'

Well it's not true, that's his wife and the mother of his kids and enough is enough. For too long our players have had to deal with this kind of shit. Fowler had it for years, and now Gerrard is getting it. File this one away with 'Fowler the smackhead', 'the baby's not yours', 'Pancake' and the 'Alex Curran sex video' that apparently 'loads of people' had on their mobile phones but no-one ever saw because it didn't fuc*ing exist.

It's bad enough that Steven has to constantly endure these kind of wild rumours, but when it gets so bad that people are hurling abuse at his wife in the City Centre, who could blame him if he decided enough is enough and takes himself off to Spain or Italy? It will drive him away if it continues, as no-one is going to put up with their wife being abused on the basis of some stupid unfounded rumour. Had it been blues hurling the insults it would have been easier to take, but it wasn't and Gerrard is understandably upset about it.

It's time to fight back. So the next time someone mentions this ridiculous rumour, set them straight, tell them it's fuc*ing bollocks and they should know better than to fall for this kind of shite. He's our captain, he's been there for us so often in the past. Let's be there for him now, squash this rumour and show him our support on Thursday night.

After all the JT songs this season isn't it ironic that Gerrard will be facing one of the loudest away supporters in the country on Sunday. The NOTW has just sold a few more copies this sunday.

If its not true it will fizzle out .... on the other hand, if it is true, in todays press, nothing will stop it from coming out.

And if Robbie Savage is actually poking his missus then it must be open season cos if he can....any one can !!!

Its yet another ploy by the tabloids to undermine the England squad ahead of the world cup so if they don't win they can give them another slagging off.
However, it could definately spell the end of Gerrard in the Premiership if the papers really get hold of this and blow it all out of proportion like they did with John Terry.
