Im glad Chelsea have taken a different approach and gone back to the Jose methodology in terms of managerial appointment rather than the tried and tested old warhorses. If a 33 year old manager is not a hint that they want someone to build a legacy then god knows what is! They will be as stupid and reckless as some believe them to be if he is gone in 12 or 24 months time. They already know what type of bloke he is because he has worked for the club before as a scout so maybe it isnt the gamble that it looks. With Hiddink backing him up he has everything he needs to be a success. Well done Chelsea.
