They certainly rocked last night ... one and half hours of great music.
Pete - i do think it was a Nick Smith Hagar shirt (if not, Mr Smith you need your copyright lawyers ready for action) - very nice indeed - pity Hagar only wore it for two songs and gave it to someone in the front row.

Recording mics all over the place and two guys with professional cameras - perhaps a tour dvd in production.
Couldn't see much of the drummer from my vantage point (Anthony's side, front row) but Satch, Hagar and Anthony were excellent. Got an Anthony plec too - although he "fingered" for most of the night

The shirt wasn't mine btw. The last time I painted a Hagar shirt was in 1993 when Van halen actually did a 'proper' tour- lttle angels supported..

wierdly at the shephards bush Chickenfoot show (2 yeras ago?), there was a sammy caricature t-shirt on the bass drum for most of the gig too..I did wonder who'd done that? Maybe it was a yank fan who'd come over?

Brixton gig last night was absolutely awesome, I have to say it was one of the best gigs I've seen in along time!

My Mrs was blown away by the set and she is deffinately a secret rocker as she was rocking all night to the foot!
They try to tell us we don't belong, but that's alright, were millions strong......
