| Unfortunately advance
tickets for the Nottingham expo are not selling as well as
expected. If you are planning on going it would be a huge
help if you could order your ticket in advance rather than
paying on the day, this would help Dave get an accurate idea of
the number of people attending.
Please E-mail Dave
for more info or call 0115 941 2544 to order tickets. |
Here's
a copy of the poster for the UK KISS Expo in Nottingham on 25th
October (thanks to Dan for providing it). Any queries about the

| [From:
MelodicRock.com] Bud Mitch Lafon e-mailed in this interesting update. Bruce Kulick admitted (during a Q&A) at the Montreal Kiss convention today (Sept 28th) - that he played guitar on a great deal of Kiss reunion album Psycho Circus. It's interesting to note that this is probably the first time, he's publicly admitted doing so. In all press, interview, etc in the past he vehemently denied it. |
I've just been handed this
cartoon strip from a recent issue of Loaded magazine (UK
edition). Thanks to my boss for passing it to me, and as
promised I'll keep your secret about wearing KISS make-up a few
years back quiet....Click picture to enlarge. |
| [From: Dan
bach] In my quest to sort out Expo accommodation for Saturday night 25th October 2003, can I ask for some info please. I would like to get some numbers of the people interested. Could you please email me privately - Dan.griffiths@llgc.org.uk This will enable me to take numbers to the hotel managers. Hopefully then hotel reservation managers can appreciate the demand and the income they will be getting. Surely October is not exactly peak tourist season - or maybe Nottingham(shire) is different to any other tourist locations. Any private email replies to this posting is very much appreciated. Yours rockingly KISS, Dan bach |
[From: Joop van Pelt / KISS

Mr Speed via Dan bach] The Symphony DVD release getting all the news, how about "KISS My Ass" which was released on DVD on 15/09/03. Best place to buy it from is either Play.com or Amazon.co.uk where it is only £8.99. "KISS: Live At The Sidney Showgrounds" is due for release on 31/12/03 (most KISS fans have this on VHS as "The Inner Sanctum") and is an Australian gig from 1980. "Kiss Meets The Phantom Of The Park" is due for release on 28/10/03 "Kiss: The Lost Concert" is out on 21/10/03 which is Live in New Jersey at Roosevelt Stadium on July 10th, 1976. From the "Spirit of '76" Tour, this legendary concert was one of the first shows, which featured the new "Destroyer" stage and costumes. |
| I've just returned from
Mexico from my Honeymoon - many thanks to both Dan &
Michelle for editing the News page. Also thanks to everyone
for the kind wishes we received.
As for those who asked if we wore KISS face paint during the
wedding... no, we didn't go that far.... We did however have
Forever as the first song, Beth (Eric Carr) as the last and
Crazy Crazy Nights was in the middle somewhere. |

From: Joop van Pelt, KISS Kollector fanzine Apart from the world premiere of the awesome DVD, we gave away
a Paul Stanley Silvertone guitarand had the DVD on sale already before
it hits the stores on September 15 (plus the Alive IV album on CD and LP).
At a crowded Hard Rock Cafe fans enjoyed the DVD on big screens, with
the music blasting on high volume through the speakers. The DVD, by the
way, comes in a great package (with embossed cover) and features incredible
footage, including Paul and Gene discussing the symphony idea at conductor
David Campell's house and the band rehearsing with the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. |
