I haven't got the phone plugged into the sky box, it's just having the phone on full stop that c0cks the picture. Apprently the frequency of a wireless phone is the same as a new one that Sky have just moved a load of channels to. Might need to look into getting rid of the phone....

Can anyone with Sky AND a wireless landline phone try watching C4+1 (plus some of the music channels like 355 & 356) on Sky? Does it work? Ours goes tits up and just gives us a frozen picture...... until I switch the phone off at the power socket!! Done a search and it's happening to loads of pe...
