Ace not paying his bills and loses home...
...loses one of them at least it seems!

His bank balance could have been far healthier if he'd made a few different decisions in his life.

Thing is, Ace still believes he has "a guy" to do all that stuff and just ignores everything.
He really is a wasteful turd & I doubt for one minute he didn't have the funds to cover his mortgage payments.
Typical lazy Ace

There's some talk that this is common practise in USA , instead of paying a mortgage on something that's got negative equity it's cheaper to default on payments and get it repossessed ..doesn't always work but in some instances it's a better way of doing it ..!!

Re: Ace not paying his bills and loses home...
Exactly. He's basically rented it very cheaply for a couple of years, or taken a free loan - depending on which way you want to look at it:There's some talk that this is common practise in USA , instead of paying a mortgage on something that's got negative equity it's cheaper to default on payments and get it repossessed ..doesn't always work but in some instances it's a better way of doing it ..!!
He doesn't have to worry about a bad credit rating, and it's not his main residence, so it's a 'smart' way of doing it (not saying it's the 'right' way).He bought the 2,441-square-foot house in 2000 for $650,000 and refinanced it in 2006 with a loan for nearly three quarters of a million dollars.

I hope you are not suggesting that Ace has been clever here?!Exactly. The whole world thinking you are going bust is a big step towards the end of anyones career.
