Every time ive been to Crewe ive paid on the door, normally get there in the afternoon and nip to the limelight.Every time they say oh we only sold 100 or so tickets there will be no prob getting in,however when you arrive later in the evening the place always seems packed.....
I suppose its up to the individual but to be on the safe side if your arriving late get an advance ticket

Attendance at the Limelight varies, depending on what else is on around that time, but it HAS been a near sellout for us on many occasions.

I guess the best idea is to get a ticket in advance if your able, otherwise turn up at 'doors opening' to get your ticket before anyone else to be sure of admittance.

Anybody know of a good hotel/b&b nearer the Stourbridge gig OTHER than the Premier travel Inn in Kingswinford (3.1 miles but £20 in taxi fares).

much obliged.

EDIT: Phew that was hard work even using Google, I have found a Tavern just a 5 min walk from the venue, called The Moorings, would anybody know anything about this 'bunk', can't find any reviews anywhere :(

Sorry but money is so tight on this trip, I have just had a major layout money wise.... more on that soon

EDIT : (s**t again) Have to add, want this to be a treat for my good lady too. Bless her she always drives (home only tho'). No driving once we get there, but I'd have more spare for her treat if I can walk less than a 1/2 mile to the venue, and find a 'bunk ' that she would accept.

I thank you for any help. -xxx-

Deuce, don't worry - I am in the same boat - looking for accom.

Have found the Talbot but after last time's hassles - don't go there.

Have found a few b&b's.

Might phone the venue up.

As regards ticket - phoned up - they are holding mine on the door .... since i usually there early - hope no hassle.

Good to know I'm not alone Dan.

if you find anything, let me know.

The Moorings is just a 5 min walk along the road. I'll be giving them a ring later today, I'll let you know Dan.
