I use the Google Toolbar spellchecker, it works great on forums. You can get it here (you can turn off all the other buttons it installs if you don't need them):-

I've looked into it in the past and installing a custom spell checker would be more trouble than it's worth, especially when it wouldn't be as good as the Google one, it would also hit us bad on database usage.

Ah, I absolutely understand now young sir Yes there are certain elements of the Mid - Staffordshire membership that could do with a few pointers in the right direction with regard to spelling As to ourselves however, I am sure you will find we are both proficient, competent and absolutely first class spellers dear boy.

By the way, if you try that new browser from Google it has spell checking built in. Just search for 'Chrome' on google.
