How do ypu get/upload an avatar ??

Get any pic you like, resize it to 100x100 pixels
Open a Flikr or Photobucket account
Upload the pic to your account
Copy the location (right click and select copy)- it should have the [img]your-pic-location-no-spaces[/img] tags around it
Come back here, and go to User Control Panel/Profile/Edit Avatar
Right click in the Link Off Site box, and select Paste
Save changes

3. Profile
4, Edit avatar - Copy and paste the link to any online image you'd like to use into the 'Link off-site:' box.
