Yep, I'd heard about that Yoda film.
Im not so sure about this to be honest. It maybe a good idea but for me, Disney should stick to the saga.

A Han "Solo" film could concentrate on his time in the Imperial Navy, rescueing Chewie from slavery (thus the life bond between them) & Han's winning of the Millenium Falcon from Lando...take him all the up to working for Jabba.

Disney and Lucasfilm announced today that Star Wars: Episode VII will be released in the summer of 2015.

Episodes VIII and IX will then follow in the summers of 2017 and 2019 respectively. Intervening summers will see the release of standalone Star Wars films.

Although Disney and Lucasfilm haven’t confirmed how many standalone films are in development, that means at least two (for 2016 and 2018) and five summers in a row of new Star Wars.

JJ Abrams is directing Episode VII, but again, no new information about whether or not he’ll be sticking around for more has been released.

Harrison Ford was a guest on last night’s ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!‘ to promote his movie ‘42‘ and naturally the discussion came around to ‘Star Wars: Episode 7‘ and the future of the franchise. Ford tried to stay mum and say he couldn’t talk about anything ‘Star Wars,’ but when he agreed to some questions from the audience, things got heated and Ford walked off the set. Watch video of the incident below.

OK, we can’t keep up the ruse: it was all a bit and Harrison Ford really wasn’t angry, but this is a funny video regardless. We don’t want to give away the punchline but after “answering some questions” from ‘Star Wars’ geeks in the audience, a familiar face from Ford’s past shows up to ask the actor a question and that’s when things get testy.

Few people play pissed off as well as Harrison Ford who eventually launches into an expletive-filled tirade, calling the audience member a “sack of s—” and a “son of a b—” before storming off. Of course it’s all in good fun and we think you’ll get a pretty good laugh out of it.

Of course, Ford really can’t talk about ‘Star Wars: Episode 7′ as Disney and J.J. Abrams plan a big announcement for this summer, likely at 2013 Comic-Con or the D23 Expo.
