It was inevitable. Once one lot do it, the rest jump on the bandwagon and use the same excuses for hiking up the cost.

And just to rub salt in the wound we also go and sell the new nuclear power plant to a French/Chinese consortium and, if the papers are to be believed the Govn has already agreed payment for the power it produces at a cost way, way above the rates of even today.
