Many thanks Chaps... A good time was had ,but I've just been diagnosed with gout and you wouldn't believe how f**king painful it is.. The Doctor says alcohol!!!! What a cheek!!!

Nick, are you saying that when Pavlov's dog barks, MY receptionist gives me booze? Or is it the Doctor's receptionist? Please translate...Do I only do it when I hear a bell...?
Or is the bell bottle shaped? (Bell's Whisky bottle shaped)
