Wow A fantastic opening to the Euro Tour, better than I had hoped ,The Big Boys showed 'Em how it's done again!!!!
Gotta agree with all the superlatives already said,
Agree that Tommy should try When Lightning Strikes instead of Shock Me as it doesn't seem to work for me .
I'm an Animal wasn't that good for me ,but seemed to serve as a bit of a breather for the Guys,
The Kiss Army were in fine vocal form ,Paul was impressed,

Lastly to the K#ob who covered his ears during the whole of Crazy Nights, and then called Kiss wan**rs,FOAD :D

Nobody mentioned the false start on Gene's flying section. Did some sort of hand gesture to the roadies. And then he was up and away!

Just watched some more of the footage from youtube. I'm very impressed with Paul's voice -it isn't as screechy as it was last year. Okay its not perfect but the dude has been singing live for almost 40 years! Go *-)

Paul's voice sounded pretty strong last night, but listening back to the USB of the show there are a few occasions where he's straining. Hopefully, the pace of the tour will allow for enough vocal rests. My sister, who came with me last night & isn't a Kiss fan but is a professional singer was very impressed with Paul's vocals especially given his age & the physical demands of the show.

Loved every minute of it. I really think Tommy should be allowed to do 'lighting strikes' and make that slot his own thing. If you are gonna do shock me then copy the solo......Hey I bought a Tommy autographed photo so Im not just an Ace fan. Im an animal isnt a good song IMHO. Would have prefered to have had some revenge stuff thrown in.

Awsome night and 4 more gigs on this tour for me so Im looking forward to the odd change. As they do more sound checks and do a few tweaks to keep it fresh. But the stage and show is as fantastic as ever. Like the intro with Doc :)

in the bogs you could hear the 'civillians' saying what a great 'concert it was'.....better than Robbie Williams....I nearly peed meeself laughing. CCN & GGRRTY were the ones that got the civvies singing and Animal seemed to be a bar break for some.

I like Sheffield arena as a venue even though Im from Bolton. Not going to Newcastle but will be a liverpool and Brum mid week. The merch was great but the bloody hoodie (sorry) is a cack handed zipper and is doing my nut in.

Wow. Fair enough not liking the song (many don't), but to cover your ears and call the band out? WTF?

Well what can I say that was my 30th KISS show and I was completely blown away as though it was my first. The entrance was incredible. Great choice of set list all in all and though we can pick at it I think it was far enough removed from the previous tour to warm the heart of any naysayer. Of the new songs I'm not convinced MDD should be the opener though it sounded great live and for me 'Animal' isn't the best choice of a new Gene song to play live. I would have liked to have seen 'Heaven's on Fire' added but I really can't complain. It was a fantastic show and a great 'KISS experience!'
Just play the bass you bell-end!!
