What can I say.....another kickass show!!! The only thing I noticed that was a but worrying was Paul's voice form the start....it screetched a bit and thorughout the concert there were instances I heard it go a bit off but he is still going strong.

Same setlist but the crowd really got into it. The whole upper tier was not used and about 80% of the lower tier was filled.....but it still kicked ass!!

By the way a KISS in UK flag was thrown onto the stage and Tommy picked it up and showed it to the crowd......ok, must sleep now!!

Sensational, truly stunning.
From Start to Finish i couldn't breath as i was shouting, singing and screaming. Dissappointed by the turnout, but still, front of standing, infront of gene picked up his pleck, his spit and a very good picture or two as well as some videos.
Night was amazing and can't wait for Dublin :)

Lowest turn out so far but the vibe was most definitely in Liverpool tonight! With Manchester being the first north west show announced and then Liverpool announced later on it must have hit sales for this as not everyone is quite so desperate to line Gene's pockets as some of us! Nothing new to report, only a token mention of the Beatles which surprised me as I would have thought Paul would have at least churned out a Beatles riff over the Zeppelin tonight - not that it bothers me because I have no interest in the Beatles anyway! No other surprises but tonight was the first time I saw Genes axe bus/transit van which was parked up outside the front doors.

I reckon we in the UK will 'luck out' on this tour as Pauls voice is already starting to show signs of fading as mentioned above - perhaps it would help if he dropped that god awful "I've got a feeling woooooo-ohhhhh wooooo-ooooo" crap as he just can't pull it off anymore.

Anyway, another great show all in all and I actually felt tonight was better still performance-wise than Sheffield and Newcastle- not to take anything away from those as they were both awesome but you just get the impression they are going from strength to strength.....I just wish they would mix it up a bit, realise there are other great songs in the backcatalogue that most of us want to hear - one of the greatest receptions every night has been for Crazy, Crazy Nights which was obviously a hit here but why not try something else guys - I know they think it would be at the expense of a 'classic' but even they must be bored of the same setlist now, even if it is ordered differently and they have more 'classics' then they seem to realise....

As for the Sonic Boom stuff, dtrop Animal and let Eric sing All for the Money......sorry Glory - easy mistake

Birmingham tomorrow.....well tonght......later!

Looks like the Axe van is also being used to cart them back to the hotel after the show what with it being parked up outside the Hilton. Wonder what fair Gene charges the others!

Production wise, the main difference was the risers were not used at the end of the show.

Others coming but Birmingham's in my sights first.

Any guesses on the attendance figure?
I spoke to a couple of Echo Arena employees afterwards, and they told me that the attendance was 3500. Surprising thing was that I asked how many standing tickets were left at the start of the show, and was told that they only had 2 left. If the floor was sold out, I can only say that a hell of a lot of ticket holders didn't show up - from where I was sitting, it looked pretty empty.
When did Motley Crue become Classic Rock?

Agreed- I was stood to the side of the mixing desk/Pauls platform for the entirity of the set and there didn't seem to be many people standing nearby and certainly not behind, well not at least until Paul flew in anyway! 3.5k sounds about right

Yes it did and we ALL saw you dancing like a lap dancer in the seats. Don't deny it sir !!!
Great to meet up with loads of people from here again. Makes the gig so much more memorable when everyone gets together. Even saw Nick Smith trawling around the streets of Liverpool in a world of his own.
The aeroplane fight in Wetherspoons was a scream, especially that monster of a plane Almack made. That went like a dart !!! Hahahaha !!
Loved the show, piss poor turn out but who cares ???
Tommy & Eric were just brilliant and Paul was on top form vocally.
