Another STORMING show. The band ignored the fact that the venue was only half to 2/3 full & played another blinder. The audience were loud & more than made up for the lower attendance numbers :)

Iwas lucky enough to get backstage before the show & had few 'bass geek' minutes checking out Gene's bass amps :) Result!

I have a feeling that tomorrow night is gonna be awesome - their last UK date & a sold out show in the capital city!

Another fab night, made really special by meeting so many on here. The rumour before the show was that I'm Animal was going to be dropped but it was the same set as the rest of the tour. I also managed to get my ticket signed again by Doc, who is so generous witht he fans. I was one of the last out of the arena and the stewards were told to open as many doors as possible to let the smoke out and that was a good 30 minutes after they had left the stage. :D

I too have great expectations that tonight could be one of the best Kiss shows ever in the UK.

Like many on here am taking my other half and littleun for the first time ever which makes it that extra special. Look forward to going to bananas with everyone tonight.

Will be in The Sports Bar in Wembley Park Drive opposite Total petrol Stn from 6pm a 5 min walk from the arena (turn right and go towards tube stn) Kissinuk - they are open late so may be a good venue afterwards.

I can't beleive I forgot this but TSTB was standing near Jimmy Page who was by Paul's stage and John Paul Jones. When Paul landed jimmy Page was off his feet applauding like a good un.. :D Hope he enjoyed Paul's version of Whole Lotta Love too.

I decided that I had to go at about 2pm yesterday. Convinced a mate to come with me, and bought standing tickets on the door. I was in no way disappointed, and will be going again tonight with my 8 months pregnant wife.

My money is on tonight being a bit better, if only for more audience numbers. I thought there was a slight (very slight) lack of atmosphere where we were, but it was towards the mixing desk so quite far back. Not that it mattered. I had a great time. Kind of wish I didn't have that last beer, but what are you going to do?

Well done to Kiss for giving such a great show to such a low turnout. 100% pros. The venue was well less than half full. Paul Stanley "This may not be the biggest crowd but that don't mean you can't be the loudest!" I enjoyed it, sat on the sides above TT and enjoyed sitting back and seeing all those little things that you miss when stood up. Highlight of the night was Lick It Up - it seemed more powerful than the other shows I've been to.

I was down by the mixing desk as well and I too felt a lack of atmosphere but that aside another great performance from the band and just reiterates the point I made earlier in the tour that the key difference between the shows is actually the audience - the band have been great every night but the difference between 3 and 12 thousand people is quite something. I was actually surprised to see that amount of people at Wembley if I'm honest - not much more than half full maybe. As much as I loved seeing Kiss every time, they really should have stuck to the original shows and sold them all out (would have saved me a few quid anyway  )

It was a sad walk back to the car last night and a sad drive home knowing this is my last show of the UK tour - enjoy tonight those who are going, I've got a feeeeeeeeling......... waaaaaaaah haaaaaaah that it's going to be a good one!

People make the mistake of thinking it was KISS' idea....
It's the Promoter who decides what venues, how many times & when. In this case - the Promoter got greedy by adding Liverpool & a second Wembley... :?

It depends....

The Promoter can do many things..... including 'buy' the tour for a very large fee or for a fee + bonus for sell outs etc. There are many other ways of doing business between the Promoters & Artists and I wouldn't be as bold as to say which deal KISS have.
Extra dates however are generally at the prompting of the Promoter who thinks he can score big by adding more shows....
