Not sure if this should of gone into the general section, but wow I can't wait for tonight!
My 1st kiss gig, and have never been this excited for a concert before. Taking 2 mates who didnt really know too much so I gave them a couple of cd's, sonic boom with the kiss klassics, and a cd with alot of the setlist on it, they say they like what they've heard so I'm sure they'll be die hards by the end of the night

Wow! Just back. Not much I can add to all the glowing reports of all the other gigs so far. It's Kiss innit!
Loved Crazy Crazy Nights and started to get a bit teary in GGRNRTY! Bizarre but I think all the stuff on the screens about all the history of the band just blew me away and reminded me why I've loved this band for 27 years
Lots of people went to the bar/toilet during I'm an Animal - I liked it especially as it just reminded me of the old Genie. But it was probably the only weak point. Been at Kiss gigs with better atmospheres but it will still really rockin. (I've always found London gigs to be just a little tamer than ooop north).
Paul's mic went on his little stage so he flew back. Didn't notice anything else unusual. Paul was in great voice and actually I really liked Tommy in Shock Me.
The wife said she really enjoyed it but I think all the explosions were a bit much for her delicate little ears
Another great night in my own personal Kisstory. Hopefully not the last time I'll see them.

Re: Wembley Show Reports Thread (Thu 13th)
Just got back, and it was absolutely fantastic, best gig I've seen by a country mile, they really know how to put on a show don't they!
Tonight has increased my love for paul stanley, imo kiss is nothing without him, he is the heartbeat, and boy is he good at what he does.
Highlights for me were the intro/modern day delilah, the 'duet solo' with tommy and eric, paul on the stage singing IWMFLY, and GGRnRTY which I thought was very good live, very glad they decided to bring that song into this tour.
The only part which slightly disappointed me was gene's solo, didnt really do anything for me. Didnt have a problem with I'm an animal, don't get me wrong it wasn't one of the best but was ok.
All in all was a fantastic night, my first (and hopefully not last) kiss gig, bought a t-shirt which I ended up throwing on just before they came on, and the programme which was cool to read/look at the pics on the train home.
Rock on...

Astoundingly good. Much better than the night before, if only for the atmosphere. I am positive they had more pyro as well, but may have just imagined that. Either way, a total winner.
I have about 400 pictures to edit down (good old burst mode), but will post once I do.

best gig.ever.
this was the ultimate kiss show for me.........sorry to the ace and peter fans, but eric and tommy just kicked ass!
each song was just awesome, i even enjoyed "animal"..........a refreshing chance from GOT/war machine.
only downer was the 2 tw*ts just behind me who wanted to mosh and then fight everyone. hope they got their comeupance outside!
what i love about being a kiss fan is turning up and within minutes meeting people and chatting away ............it made the hours of queing outside less painful.
a special hello to the loudest lady at the gig...............hope you got home safe n sound.
paul said he wants to come back.i hope they all do, and soon.

Does anyone know what was going on with the guy pulled out by security down the front, and over the barrier? We saw some commotion, and a bunch of security trying to pull some guy out. He didn't look like he wanted to come out, and I didn't see what lead to this, but I was wondering if anyone saw it from closer?only downer was the 2 tw*ats just behind me who wanted to mosh and then fight everyone. hope they got their comeupance outside!

Having seen the Birmingham, Manchester & both Wembley shows I think I'd have to say that last night was the BEST of the four.... just STUNNING!
The planets collided and the band/audience connected and, for me at least, it was one of the best KISS gigs ever....

Incredible show. 30 years, 25 shows and that has to be one of the best.

Re: Wembley Show Reports Thread (Thu 13th)
Great night, I agree. I thought the show started to flag after Tommy and Eric's solo though. Too much banter too, I thought. They should have kicked in with at least two songs before Paul going into his patter. I thought Crazy, Crazy Nights was poor, and I'm An Animal didn't really work either if I'm honest, but I did enjoy it. God Gave.. wasn't that great in my opinion. A little tacky.
I had a good time though, despite there being alot of knobheads in the audience.

Re: Wembley Show Reports Thread (Thu 13th)
My first KISS show after 15 years of fandom, and it was much more than I could have imagined!
Hands down the best gig I've ever been to in my 10 years of gigging lol. Everything was just so.... BIG.... So KISS! The ultimate showmen, oh and I am now a huge TT fanboy lol.
London always have such tw*t in the audience, and I always get stood next to them. But I didn't let them ruin the ultimate show

Another amazing show, something lacking in the audience compared to Manchester I thought.
Its been fun and meeting up with so many good friends just made it all the more such a great experience. Thanks KISS and thankyou The Army.

I loved all the shows I went to - I think the Birmingham one did it for me, and that's the one I will buy on cd. Last night's one was fantastic (as usual) but was marred a little by the over abundance of complete knobs in the crowd.
I hope that it wasn't my last KISS experience last night - they are better than I have ever seen them before, and I pray that they will make one more visit to our shores.
