The latest UK edition of the Simpsons comic features the KISS story first reported way back in 2004. It was penned by none other than Gene himself and features Gene as Barts real dad. Bart then becomes Bart Simpson God Of Thunder.

Lots of references to KISS songs, but then what else would you expect from Gene? There's also stories by Alice Cooper, Rob Zombie and Pat Boone.

Former Kiss guitarist Vinnie Vincent has lost a US Supreme Court appeal in a royalties dispute with the rock group, according to the Associated Press.
Vincent - real name Vincent Cusano - was part of the band's line-up from 1982 and 1984 and co-wrote songs for its 1983 album Lick It Up.

He was dismissed from the band but later returned to contribute material to 1992 release Revenge.

There is a good chance that you are familiar with the new show in the US, Gene Simmons Family Jewels, which is in its first (very successful) season on A & E. We are about to start home video distribution of Season 1, both as a standard DVD as well as a collector's edition which includes a lot of additional bonus material that Kiss fans will
appreciate. The collector's edition is a limited run, so we expect it so sell out fast.

[Note I am currently awaiting a reply from Peter as to whether this will get a UK release]

Hey All You Carnies,
I just revamped my Website "JAZAN WILD Official Site" and my Myspace Account"JAZAN WILD MySpace"

I also would like to announce that I have decided to start my own
comic book and music company. "Carnival Comics" and "Carnival Music!"
I have been contacted by several people asking about the Diamond Ads that have my books coming out through Simmons Comics Group (Gene Simmons new comic book
company). I still can't really comment about it yet. All I can say, is that I worked with Gene Simmons for 4 months or so and I was writing a series to be called House Of Horrors. To my knowledge these titles will not be coming out, this Halloween with Simmons Comics Group. I hope I'm wrong  and they do, but it's not my call. Now The Show Must Go On!

Where are you, Lauryn Hill? Ace Frehley, do you want your money or not?

Hill and Frehley both appear on a list just published onto the Internet by SoundExchange, which collects and distributes royalties from digital music providers. The list consists of about nine-thousand artists who SoundExchange can't find to pay them digital performance royalties collected between 1996 and 2000. Some are names we haven't heard in some time, such as Strawberry Alarm Clock, Iron Butterfly, Mr. Mister, Cannibal and the Headhunters and The Trashmen. Others seem like they shouldn't be that hard to find, including Foxy Brown, Patrick Swayze and 'N Sync.
