Press Release: Swedish old school rockers The Gloria Story holds Kiss as one of their main influences. This year marks Kiss 40:th anniversary. It is also the year that Kiss finally got inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. The Gloria Story's song "Live your Life in Shame" is all about "life as a Kiss-fan". It's packed with Kiss-references and is nothing short of an homage to one of the greatest rock-groups of all time. The video - filled with flames, girls, action and a lot of KISSING - is released on the same day as Kiss kicks off their 40:th anniversary tour together with Def Leppard - June 23. The "Live your Life in Shame-video" is The Gloria Story's way of saying: "Thank you Kiss for the music during 40 years of Rock and Roll, and congratulations on the RARHOF induction".

"Live your life in Shame" is the third single from THE GLORIA STORY's album BORN TO LOSE (2013) - available from Sound Pollution Distribution on CD, Digital and Vinyl-LP. The video is produced by Snowbox Studios, Petter Björnlund

Yep, you read that right, Gene has let Keith Lemon run riot through his mansion!  Not yet sure when it will be aired, but Gene confirmed it via Twitter last week. You can be sure that Gene's KISS room will be featured.

Thanks to Nige for the info.

Australian/US band 'The Dead Daisies' have been added to the August leg of the KISS/Def Leppard tour of the USA.

The Dead Daisies are a classic rock band for the modern age with some big hitters in their line-up. Current Guns N Roses members Richard Fortus and Dizzy Reid, one of Australias greatest rock singers Jon Stevens, Marco Mendoza and Brian Tichy of Thin Lizzy/Whitesnake and the guy who started them off, Australian guitarist David Lowy make up this stellar line-up.

So far the band have toured the UK, Australia and the USA as part of the Rockstar Uproar festival as well as opening for Aerosmith and ZZ Top.

Their debut single 'Lock N Load' which featured Slash on guitar made Classic Rock magazines top 20 songs of 2013 and was also featured by Rolling Stone magazine as their 'track of the Day' in October last year.

The Face The Music competition has now closed and winners have been drawn, they can now be viewed here.

Well done to those that won, your prize will be sent direct from the UK publishers, Harper Collins, massive thanks to them for providing the prizes.

A fair few of you got the question about Paul's early band wrong and selected "Wicked Jester" as your answer (it wasn't a typo!), if you'd read the review you would have spotted the answer was Post War Baby Boom.
