Australian/US band 'The Dead Daisies' have been added to the August leg of the KISS/Def Leppard tour of the USA.
The Dead Daisies are a classic rock band for the modern age with some big hitters in their line-up. Current Guns N Roses members Richard Fortus and Dizzy Reid, one of Australias greatest rock singers Jon Stevens, Marco Mendoza and Brian Tichy of Thin Lizzy/Whitesnake and the guy who started them off, Australian guitarist David Lowy make up this stellar line-up.
So far the band have toured the UK, Australia and the USA as part of the Rockstar Uproar festival as well as opening for Aerosmith and ZZ Top.
Their debut single 'Lock N Load' which featured Slash on guitar made Classic Rock magazines top 20 songs of 2013 and was also featured by Rolling Stone magazine as their 'track of the Day' in October last year.

The Face The Music competition has now closed and winners have been drawn, they can now be viewed here.

Well done to those that won, your prize will be sent direct from the UK publishers, Harper Collins, massive thanks to them for providing the prizes.

A fair few of you got the question about Paul's early band wrong and selected "Wicked Jester" as your answer (it wasn't a typo!), if you'd read the review you would have spotted the answer was Post War Baby Boom.

We were called earlier by the producer of the Ros Atkins show on BBC World Service asking us to comment on the Rock & Roll Hall Of Fame. Lasted all of a few minutes but it's online if you wanted to catch it. As promised they did tweet a link to Love Gun afterwards!
