The dates for the European leg of the End Of The Road World Tour have been announced and include 5 dates in the UK in July. Don't forget this is supposedly a 3 year tour, so it's possible this might not be the last we'll see of the Hottest Band In The World this tour....

KISSGB will be putting on a FREE tribute show at the Hard Rock Cafe in Manchester on 26th October.

Note that for free entry - you MUST contact Hard Rock Cafe Manchester and get yourself on their guest list to get in for free. Showtime is 11pm.

Great night watching Counterfeit KISS in Corby. They're a Paul & Gene tribute act with lead guitar & drums on a backing track. Great fun, with a setlist that included Move On & Makin' Love. Recommend catching them if you get chance.

This morning brought the news no KISS fan wanted to hear- the 'One Last KISS End Of The Road' world tour has been announced. Let's face it we all knew it was coming, but it was still a bit of a shock. I imagine this will last a few years and let's just hope there's a good few UK dates in there. 

Here's the video from America's Got Talent last night where they opened the show and announced the tour.

Tribute band 'Counterfeit KISS' will be playing at The Grampian Club in Corby, Northants on Friday 28th September. As far as I'm aware, they will be the first KISS tribute to hit Corby!

Counterfeit Kiss are based in Ashby De La Zouch and were formed by Darren Jackson, an ex-Corby Radio presenter.

Tickets are available from The Grampian or Corby Radio.

It's been a long time since we last seen some Ace action in Kerrang!, but a new interview has been published today by Justin Norton. Apologies also for the lack of updates recently, we've had some health issues to deal with but back on the mend now :-)

"In 1978, when I was just a boy, one of my friends hosted a birthday celebration in our townhouse community. While most of the day escapes me, one moment stands out despite the decades: my friend opened a present to reveal KISS lead guitarist Ace Frehley’s debut solo album. It seemed to glow like a mystical relic in the living room. We put on the record and were promptly floored by the first track, Rip It Out.

My birthday was days later. I did not get the album. But I did get the memory – and many others – of Ace Frehley. “That is a special album – it just has that spark,” Ace tells me decades later at his hotel room in Berkeley, California, on the second night of a club tour in advance of his upcoming solo album, Spaceman, due out October 19."
